System mapping
Before training, we understand. We analyse how AI is already being used in the company: which tools, by whom, with what risks. The output is a clear picture of actual adoption, with a risk assessment and support in drafting an internal usage policy.

Training plan
Based on the mapping, we build a training plan calibrated to objectives, risk levels and audience type. Our legal partners work alongside us for any compliance requirements under the AI Act, GDPR and Italian regulations.

Yes. From 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the AI Act requires providers and deployers to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff. Our programmes are designed to meet this obligation in a structured way — not with a one-off course.
It depends on the complexity of the organisation and the objectives. Programmes range from individual half-day vertical workshops to multi-module programmes across different seniority levels. We define this together after the initial mapping.
Yes. We work both in person and remotely, depending on the client’s organisational needs. For multi-site or multi-country organisations, we build a hybrid format.
