We allocate a share of our revenue to non-profit initiatives and high social-impact projects. Every Piller can propose causes and initiatives to support.
We work in a hybrid model and manage our time with autonomy. Once a year, every Piller can work in nomad mode for a full month — from anywhere in the world.
We invest in every team member’s growth with a dedicated training budget — courses, conferences, books, tools. You choose how to use it.
We believe in the quality of the work, not in hours spent at a desk. We organise our time so there is space to focus, collaborate and disconnect.

We do not like long, meandering hiring processes. We want to understand who you are, how you think and how you work — without wasting your time.

Screening
An initial introductory call to understand your background, your expectations and to tell you how we work. Short, direct, no formalities.

In-depth interview
A longer meeting with the people you would work with: we talk about concrete experiences, approach to work and challenges you have faced.

Technical interview
A practical test or a case study related to the role. We are not looking for the perfect answer — we want to see how you reason.
