We do not like long, meandering hiring processes. We want to understand who you are, how you think and how you work — without wasting your time.

  1. Screening

    An initial introductory call to understand your background, your expectations and to tell you how we work. Short, direct, no formalities.

  2. In-depth interview

    A longer meeting with the people you would work with: we talk about concrete experiences, approach to work and challenges you have faced.

  3. Technical interview

    A practical test or a case study related to the role. We are not looking for the perfect answer — we want to see how you reason.

  4. Come visit us

    Before we close, we want you to see the place where you would work and meet the team in person. It matters as much to us as it does to you.
