Ground Data
Building an Integrated Data Infrastructure for Analytics, Marketing, and Business
Before analysing customer behaviour, predicting their choices or automating communications, there is a more fundamental problem that most organisations have not yet solved: customer data does not live in one place, every team has its own version of the truth, and nobody can read the customer in their entirety.
We build the Customer Data Hub that unifies sources, structures data and makes it operational: the foundation without which any retention, conversion or performance governance system cannot hold over time.
What we build together
Before building, we define the right architecture for the specific context — which sources to integrate, with what priority, through what infrastructure. The strategy determines whether the system built will actually be usable or remain a technical exercise.
We design and implement the tracking system across web and app — from analytics platform configuration to precise collection of behavioural data throughout the entire funnel. Where the project requires it, we integrate or build the Customer Data Platform that unifies demographic, behavioural and transactional data into a single actionable customer profile, enabling advanced segmentation and personalisation at scale.
We build pipelines that aggregate data from heterogeneous sources — CRM, advertising platforms, e-commerce, app, customer care tools — into a single coherent system. Fragmentation is not a problem of will: it is a problem of architecture.
We transform unified data into analytical tooling that answers the real questions of the business. Not generic dashboards — views built around the decisions that CMOs, data teams and e-commerce managers actually need to make.
A Customer Data Hub is not a project that is delivered and forgotten. We guarantee the operational continuity of the system, the monitoring of data quality and the capacity to evolve the architecture when the business changes.
How we do it
1. Data Audit
We map all existing data sources, the flows between systems, overlaps and gaps. The output is a precise picture of where data is lost, duplicated or interpreted differently by different teams.
2. Architecture design
We design the architecture of the Customer Data Hub based on business objectives and operational priorities. This phase defines what to build, in which order and with which infrastructure.
3. Data collection
We create your measurement plan and implement your data collection system in compliance with personal data protection regulations (GDPR). This step is fundamental to having a solid, secure and reliable behavioural data collection system.
4. Data Engineering and integration
We build integration and unification pipelines. Data from different platforms begins to flow towards a single structured system, with shared definitions and clear governance logic.
5. BI and activation
We build the analytical tooling on top of the unified system — the operational views that make data usable by those who need to make decisions, not only by those who built it.
6. Handoff and maintenance
The system is delivered with all the documentation needed to manage it internally. We offer operational continuity for data quality monitoring and architecture evolution over time.
